Job description
The Education & Inclusion Manager will manage ZTA's rotational prevention programs and lead education and programs that enhance ZTA’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in a related field (e.g., student affairs, education, higher education, public health etc.) a plus.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience preferred (graduate assistantships. considered), ideally in higher education/education, public health, curriculum development or the fraternity/sorority field.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, curriculum/program development experience, critical thinking skills, project management abilities, attention to detail, empathy and problem solving.
  • Facilitation skills and experience required.
  • Prior association or fraternity experience preferred; Zeta Tau Alpha membership ideal.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and organize specific best-in-class Fraternity education and programs in accordance with the mission, Creed and goals of the organization.
  • Update educational programs as necessary, ensuring that programs stay relevant and meet ZTA policies and standards.
  • Manage rotational prevention programs, including recruiting, selecting, training and overseeing volunteer facilitators, communicating with chapter officers, and organizing programs on alcohol education, bystander intervention and sexual violence prevention.
  • Assist with the development, design and implementation of intentional educational programming (e.g., programs, events and workshops) to support member development in ZTA’s Seeking Understanding that We Might Gain True Wisdom Key Value and Belonging, one of the Five Areas of Sisterhood.
  • Develop and deliver in-person and/or virtual programming for collegians and alumnae as needed. Programming may be proactive or reactive, depending on chapter needs.
  • Implement diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives under the direction of National Council and ZTA’s Inclusion Committee.
  • Be a representative and/or facilitator for the Fraternity at local, regional, and national meetings and events as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
