Up to $18/hourThis is predominantly a Monday - Friday Afternoon Shift position (Noon-7p) with 1-2 Saturday shifts per month. Tide Cleaners is expanding and looking to build our management team! What exactly would I do?
As a Tide Cleaners Customer Service Lead, you will report directly to our Operations Manager based in Edina and have responsibility for the front of house customer service, store opening duties and overall customer satisfaction. We are looking for a local leader who will take ownership and accountability for the store's customer service operations.
Do you have what it takes?
We are seeking an upbeat, energetic and experienced customer service professional that embodies the Tide brand. You must be great with customers (a people pleaser) as well as a detailed oriented leader. Must also be computer savvy and a strong problem solver.
You will need to confidently lead a dedicated crew of part time customer service employees, while having the patience to train & coach new employees. We will provide you with hands on Tide Dry Cleaners training and all of the tools you need to be successful.
- Starting wage based on leadership experience and shift availability.
- Introduce Tide Cleaners to new customers in an upbeat / exciting manner
- Build customer loyalty through personalized service (go the extra mile)
- Ensure quality and customer service standards are met
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment

- Able to think on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment
- NO Dry Cleaning experience required!
