Description:

A TEKsystems client in Lincoln, NE is hiring for an EDI Support Specialist . This role will include implementing, monitoring and supporting EDI Enrollment files for their Customers. Formatting, accepting and running Data files. They would prefer this person to have a good understanding of HIPPA Insurance requirements including 834 & 835 forms.

This individual will provide EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and FTP (File Transfer Protocol) support for account set ups for customers. They will on-board all new accounts and set up the FTP. Will complete file review (format, layout, etc) and test to ensure compatibility and compliance. They will then work with IT to get the work order processed and the interchange set up. Will also serve as the primary customer service POC for the client and deal with troubleshooting any issues and resolving them. *EDI Mapping experience or ETL not required*

Customer Service skills and communication are the most important in this role because they will be dealing directly with customers. After that, technical skills within EDI are a close 2nd.
