With our tremendous growth, we are looking to hire an eCommerce Brand Manager in our best-in-industry marketing department.

Position Overview:

The eCommerce Brand Manager position will support the marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, and with the development of new marketing strategies. Their responsibilities may include analyzing data to monitor campaigns and evaluate results, creating and managing the production of marketing collateral, helping with the organization of events, and providing project-specific administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer.

eCommerce Brand Manager Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the marketing department.
  • Execute marketing strategy.
  • Work with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Perform market and client research.
  • Create reports on marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with social media and website content.
  • Organize and manage marketing collateral.
  • Help keep inter-department communication efficient for projects.

eCommerce Brand Manager Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to spot emerging trends.
  • Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and eCommerce.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong writing and copy-editing abilities

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field a plus
  • 2 plus years of experience in marketing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) & Google Drive (Google Docs, sheets, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus.
  • Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
