Early Support Worker

Grade 4 £30,151-£37,261 + SEN Allowance

Working 36.5 hours a week (term time only)

An excellent opportunity has come up within the Early Support Service (ESS), Early Years Inclusion Support (EYIS) in Birmingham.

EYIS comprises teams that support the needs of babies and pre-school children with SEND in accordance with the Special Education Needs and Disability Code of Practice: 0-25 years Statutory Guidance 2014/15.

Babies and pre-school children who are at home, and do not attend an early-years setting, receive direct education support from the Early Support Service (ESS).

We require an experienced and qualified early years practitioner that has a passion for supporting children who are 0-4 years old with special educational needs/disabilities. You will need to have an NNEB or equivalent education, health or social care qualification and have had recent successful experience working with early years children with SEND.
