Reporting to the Director for E&R Supply Chain, you will manage the purchasing of material for inventory and fulfillment of customer orders, improve purchasing processes, and develop sourcing capabilities for the business.

• Lead a team of 6 to 10 team members
• Lead continuous improvement of purchasing processes following changing organizational needs and market conditions
• Ensure purchase orders are processed according to the standards of the business
• Ensure purchase orders are acknowledged by suppliers
• Ensure accurate ship dates are updated on open/aged purchase orders promptly
• Transform purchasing to an end-to-end procurement function including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier performance management
• Ensure sourcing of product is conducted within leadership guidelines
• Collaborate with Product Management, Pricing Administration, Customer Service, Accounts Payables and Sales to optimize the order to cash process.
• Collaborate with Inventory Planning, Warehouses and Suppliers to assist with inventory returns and credits for damaged, missing, or incorrect product delivery.

• BA/BS or equivalent
• 5 + years experience in related field
• Analysis and process improvement skillset
• Success in leading a team
• Strong problem solving, decision-making skills with the ability to drive results.
• Good interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills with internal team members and external customers.
