Overview:

An experienced E-Commerce professional with 2+ years of experience with confidence in analysis of data, quick follow through, and extreme attention to detail. Overall role to support the success and growth of the E-Commerce and Farfetch touchpoints.

Key Objectives

• Partnership with the merchandising team to drive sales through product uploads, photography organization, and coordination for DSMNY E-Shop and Farfetch
• Replicating in-store assortment on DSMNY E-Shop and Farfetch
• Partner with E-commerce and Merchandising team on weekly product launches
• Partner with the DSMNY, DSMLA, and CDGNY Concierge teams for product photography
• Coordinate with external partners to procure assets and product samples
• Come up with strategies in season to increase sales and support the business
• Create longstanding relationships with DSM partners
• Ensure E-Commerce and FarFetch orders ship in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service internal and external
• Oversee E-Commerce Product Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the merchandising team to partner on all product launches and deliveries to ensure we are uploading product in a timely manner
• Subsequent weekly analysis of sales to determine any product upload and photography strategy priorities
• Ownership of and responsible for making dedicated E-Commerce and Farfetch inventory productive.
• Responsible for generating weekly reporting on progress; coming up with a plan of action to grow the assortments further
• Provide exceptional customer support and service
• Oversee daily reporting

Skills:

• Knowledge of Farfetch and Shopify back-end
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office, etc.)
• Knowledge of Retail Pro
• Excellent communication skills
