Overview:
An experienced E-Commerce Assistant Manager with 2+ years of experience with confidence in analysis of data, quick follow through, and extreme attention to detail. Overall role to support the success and growth of the DSMNY E-Shop.
Key Objectives
- Partnership with the merchandising team to drive sales through product uploads, photography organization, and coordination for DSMNY E-Shop.
- Replicating in-store assortment on DSMNY E-Shop
- Partner with E-commerce and Merchandising team on weekly product launches
- Partner with the DSMNY, DSMLA, and CDGNY Concierge teams for product photography
- Coordinate with external partners to procure assets and product samples
- Come up with strategies in season to increase sales and support the business
- Create longstanding relationships with DSM partners
- Provide excellent customer service internal and external
- Direct Report- Assistant Product Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the merchandising team to partner on all product launches and deliveries to ensure we are uploading product in a timely manner
- Subsequent weekly analysis of sales to determine any product upload and photography strategy priorities
- Ownership of and responsible for making dedicated E-Commerce and Farfetch inventory productive.
- Responsible for generating weekly reporting on progress; coming up with a plan of action to grow the assortments further
- Provide exceptional customer support and service

- Will strategize to drive the business forward
Skills:
- Excellent Knowledge of Retail Pro
- Excellent Knowledge of Shopify
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office, etc)
- Excellent understand of the merchandising process
- Excellent communication skills
