NOW HIRING Crew Members for Dunkin' Donuts location in Leesburg, Virginia. Candidates must be reliable, friendly, and enjoy fast-paced environments. Offering part-time or full-time hours, year-round employment, and room to grow. Responsibilities include but are not limited to delivering fast, friendly, and accurate guest experiences; preparing products to guest specifications and brand standards; maintaining a clean and neat work environment; and working as part of a team

Restaurant experience is a plus but will train the right person.

FOR SHIFT/TEAM LEADERS; Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring shift priorities are being met; creating and maintaining a guest-first culture in the restaurant; ensuring all products are prepared according to Brand standards; supporting the training of all team members

Management experience is a plus but will train the right person. Servsafe certified is a plus.
