Position: Home Clubhouse Manager

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Clubhouse Manager of the Player Development Complex. The Dunedin Home Clubhouse Manager is based out of TD Ballpark located in Dunedin, Florida. The Home Clubhouse Manager will oversee the Home Clubhouse and provide players, coaches, and staff a clean comfortable working environment by completing basic cleaning tasks and assisting players and staff with baseball related requests. This role is required for working all home games, travel days, and commuting road games. This individual will work with the G.M of the Dunedin Blue Jays to ensure success on game days.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Keep Clubhouse clean and Organized
- Prepare all laundry including but not limited to BP uniforms, game jerseys/pants, towels, personal laundry, etc.
- Purchase, stock and restock clubhouse for each game (snacks, drinks, toiletries)
- Inventory of equipment (baseballs, bats, catchers’ equipment, uniforms)
- Set up coolers on fields for BP and Games.
- Supervise bat boys/girls for Florida State League
- Assist in setting up and breaking down Pre and Post meals.
- Providing game baseballs for the umpires
- Assisting in loading and unloading buses for road trips.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Ability to work full schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of departments, seniority levels, and personalities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize
- Strong work ethic and discipline with an attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and adaptable
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license in good standings
