Under moderately close supervision, this position provides general support in relation to one or more specialized administrative areas. Responsibility may include technical assistance with projects, audits, maintain accurate records and assist with revenue collection/reconciliation of participant accounts.


How will I contribute

  • Provide general support in specialized administrative area(s).
  • Interact with staff and public.
  • Maintain office records and data.
  • Provide technical assistance with projects, audits, maintain accurate records, and assist with revenue collection/reconciliation of participant accounts, as needed.
  • Process all DUI/PC1000 completions, return to courts and reinstatements in computer system send status letters/notifications to court/probation, DMV and participant.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, receive and post payments.
  • Enter ADAPT group, education and individual attendance (verify with blue summary) daily.
  • QA charts (10 month/aftercare) and kickbacks for corrections.
  • Assist with all orientations.
  • Review charts for accuracy and forward PC1000 probation reports (as needed).
  • Maintain accurate program statistics (as needed).
  • Prepare and process collections and inactive warning notices (monthly).
  • Complete any DMV forms and maintain DMV logs as required.
  • Assist with client billing (monthly) as needed.
  • Review transfer outs/with credits for enrollment.
  • Accurately balance and complete daily bank deposits and transmittals (as needed).
  • Prepare courtesy transfers (as needed).
  • Maintain working knowledge of Title IX, Program Protocols and policies and procedures.
  • Maintain professionalism and work with other staff to ensure timely completion of assigned duties.
  • Compliance with CLAS standards.
  • Complete an annual training on Cultural humility/competency.
  • Communicate openly and clearly, on a regular basis, with lead staff and management to ensure Program effectiveness (appropriate work hours, group capacity, program issues, etc.).
  • Abide by all Kings View policies and procedures, including but not limited to confidentiality of program participants (Title 42 and HIPPA).
  • Any other related duties that may be assigned.

What I bring

  • High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
  • Bilingual Required
  • Class C Driving Requirements
  • 2 years of administrative office experience.
  • Proficient in Data entry, phones, copying, filing, faxing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to organize work in an appropriate sequential order.
  • Ability to understand written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player, ability to empathize with consumer concerns/needs, and ability to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Must be professional and have a high degree of integrity.
