$500 Sign-On Bonus:

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for providing support to one or more individuals during their day-to-day activities in the setting where the individual lives, works or engages in recreational activities. This support includes facilitating the individual’s achievement of person centered goals that are tailored to his/her needs and abilities. This includes securing the well-being and safety of the individual in these settings. As a community-based program, the DSP will not only provide the necessary supervision, but will be an active member of the team that facilitates the planning and coordination of appropriate activities. Our goal is to create the possibility of an extraordinary life for the individual.

· The ability to talk, see and hear

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent

Must demonstrate high energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to work with people with disabilities

Must demonstrate patience and compassion for people with disabilities

Must possess effective oral and written communication skills

Must pass criminal background and drug screening

US work authorization required.
