We are currently hiring staff to assist a young woman in the York area that is curious, driven, and ready to explore her community with the right staff.

Job Requitements

-Must be a US citizen.

-Must have a valid driver’s license.

-Must be Covid-19 vaccinated and show proof of vaccine.

-Must be patient, reliable, observant, punctual, organized, and creative in planning activities.

-Please note, this position does NOT offer benefits or paid time off but does offer a competitive salary.

Job Duties

Job duties are as follows, but are not limited to, assisting with all ADL’s, increasing communication using gestural communication/ASL/iPad/communication app, skill building, growing peer relationships, encouraging independence, building and maintaining weekly activity schedules, driving to community events/activities/appointments in your vehicle, offering choice and freedom to decide, expanding the individual’s interests, completing daily notes at the end of each shift, and offering solutions to the individual’s needs.

Available Schedule

M-F- 9am-4pm

Sat- 9am-10pm

Sun-9am-10pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Elizabethtown, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
