Job Summary: Perform various support activities for agency programs and operate motor vehicles to transport program participants. Interact with and supervise youth; Assist with homework, enrichment and recreation activities.

Job Type: Part-time

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma; Minimum of two years’ work experience in the field of education or youth programs preferred; Good oral and written communication skills are required; computer skills required; DCF 40-hour child care training preferred (or must obtain within 90 days); Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must pass Level 2 background screening.

License/Certification: FL CDL Driver’s License with a P (Passenger) Endorsement is preferred prior to appointment (or must obtain within 30 days) and must be maintained.

Personal Qualifications: The Program Aide-Driver must possess good organizational skills, as well as, the ability to effectively and appropriately work with people.
