The role: This position is responsible for the delivery of goods to specific clients or distribution locations throughout Western Washington and Northern Oregon.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Reports to Program Director or Program Coordinator for assignments, training, evaluations, and coordinated delivery of goods.
- Responsible for loading and unloading inventory and gifts in the warehouse, company vehicle, and partner locations.
- Positively interact with clients during the delivery of goods, document concerns as necessary and report back to the Supervisor.
- Receive or deliver goods to locations specified by Program Coordinator or Director.
- Assists with inventory, assembly and program task support as assigned.
- Maintains the company vehicle so it is safe and reliable.
- As needed, keeps personal vehicle safe and reliable and capable of carrying sufficient quantities of goods to cover a specific route.
- Have a good driving record.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Carry adequate liability insurance.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must have a driver’s license, auto insurance and own a vehicle. Food handler’s card required.
