Monarch Landing is recruiting for a hospitality focused Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, weekly/monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver:

• Transports residents, staff, and visitors on pre-scheduled, and unschedule appointments.
• Assist residents, staff, and visitors in and out vehicles including packages, walkers, and wheelchairs.
• Records vehicle mileage and resident attendance for all scheduled transportation.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Notifies supervisor of resident concerns, problems, or incidents.
• Completes incident reports regarding mechanical failure or driver error.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a bus/van driver required
• Valid IL State Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Preferred.
• Skill in handling vehicles in all weather conditions.

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Sunday - Thursday (various hours with some flexibility) - Day Shift
