Your main responsibility as a delivery driver is to deliver orders to designated places in a timely and courteous manner. Our delivery drivers also support the pizzeria by performing other in-store duties.

Delivery drivers deliver pizzas and other food orders. For delivery customers, the driver may be their only contact with and impression of Jets Pizza .

Role and Responsibilities

Drive vehicle to deliver pizza and other products to customers home or place of business.

Checks order accuracy, including product quality and price.

Verify delivery customer address and location.

Listen to and resolve customer complaints.

Maintain a clean car

Take phone orders

Assist other team members with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• Excellent driver record.
• Valid drivers license.
• Car registration up to date.
• Proof of car insurance (and remains current)

Preferred Skills

Ability to apply reason, mathematical, and communication/interpersonal skills.

• With the exception of the company-owned Jets Pizza locations that are located in Michigan, Illinois, Florida, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Colorado, all other Jets Pizza locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees. This means that the franchisor Jets America, Inc. has no involvement in running the daily operations of the franchisee, nor does the franchisor have any control or authority over the hiring, firing, wages, hours or terms and conditions of employment of the franchisees employees. The independent franchisee controls all of those topics and makes decisions regarding them without the involvement of the franchisor. Franchisees are small business owners who are the sole employers for their own Jets Pizza locations, and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including employment laws. Jets America, Inc. is the franchisor of the Jets Pizza chain. As the franchisor it will not be involved with the employment policies and practices at franchised locations or with establishing the terms and conditions of any employment relationship with individuals applying to or hired at franchised locations.
