It takes a village to raise a donut, and Hawaii born, Holey Grail Donuts, is looking for a few more team members to help us serve up donut bliss in Larchmont Village.

Our donuts are made with Hawaii grown taro root, fried in organic coconut oil and made to order. They are plant-based, utilizing fresh local and seasonal ingredients and without the use of artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. We serve our donuts hot with our unique unique coffee and tea options that feature house made cashew coconut milk on tap.

We are looking for a couple of part-time team members who can work on the weekend. We especially need one person to help our crew set up at the Hollywood farmers market on Sunday mornings. It's an early shift, but the markets are a blast! Would need to start at 6:30 am.

We value collaboration, care for community, love for our planet. We are seeking inspired, outgoing and kind individuals who enjoy communicating with guests about our weekly offerings, and come with a desire to learn and work collaboratively. We need reliable team members who can stay calm when busy, have the ability to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. Our goal is that each team member knows they can count on the other team members to hold their weight, show up on time and bring a positive, feel good vibe!

Tips at our other locations range from $5 - $10 per hour.

Looking for part-time and full-time positions. We are open 7 days a week (7 am - 7 pm) weekdays and 7 am - 9pm weekends. Team members must be available at least one weekend day; priority will be given to those who can work two shifts between Fri - Sun.

We are looking for:

Reliability - must have dependable transportation and be on time

Excellent customer service - motivated to provide a feel-good experience

Ability to educate our guests about our products (as you would in a fine dining establishment)

Able to multitask and stay centered during busy times

Team oriented, collaborative, and flexible

Not afraid to get your hands dirty - we do keep our place clean :)

Excellent communication skills and high emotional IQ

A desire to learn and grow

Ability to lift 25 lbs

Bi-lingual a plus!

Coffee house/food industry experience a plus
