Job description
Kleen Test Products is in search of a Document Control Coordinator at our Sunset facility in Port Washington, WI on 1st shift (8-hour shifts between 6AM-4:30PM, M-F). In this position the candidate should be highly organized, driven, and proactive and will ensure compliance with the quality system by controlling quality documents used at all levels of the organization.
Sign-on Bonus Details
$500 paid at 60 days, $1000 at 6 months. Must be in good standing to qualify. Bonus will be paid on the next full pay period once the milestone has been reached.
A successful candidate will possess the following:

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint) as well as Google Suite.
Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months related experience and/or training.
- The ability to issue and track the status of documents at their facility by maintaining the site logbook.
- Provide support to the Quality Systems Manager in the issuing/implementation of product manuals and training documentation.
- Maintain site training records.
- Ability to follow the Corporate Document Control Process for the creation of new documents or revisions.
- Make appropriate determinations based on the quality system and communicate variances to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitor processes to ensure compliance with the quality system. Develop and communicate solutions when issues noted.
- Issue batch and cleaning and sanitation records; perform batch record reviews as needed.
- Facilitate in the updating of customer specifications; assemble and maintain all site quality related manuals and preventative maintenance manuals.
- Track any site-specific deviations.
- Work closely with the site personnel regarding the status of documents.
- Other tasks or projects as assigned by Supervisor.
