Overview:

Our Central Station Operators monitor incoming alarms, confirm emergencies with customers, and dispatch emergency services when necessary. They also take incoming calls and they treat each customer with respect and integrity. If you have the passion for service excellence, we would like to have you join our Five Diamond Team of Professionals.

We are hiring two PART-time operators for our first shift (schedule will be 16-20 hours/week between 6:00am and 10:00am) to work in our Hagerstown, MD location. Days scheduled will completely depend on business needs, but your schedule may rotate with the other part-time operator.

Our base pay is $15.00/hour.

Duties and Responsibilities of Central Station Operator:

• Monitor and dispatch high-volume incoming alarm signals
• Update alarm notes during/after dispatch
• Accurate data entry
• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Provide service excellence at all times
• Various other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience as Customer Service Representative a plus
• Excellent Phone, Computer and Customer Service skills required
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow with a high degree of accuracy
• Clear communications with customers, coworkers, and field technicians
• Meet all UL and TMA requirements to a passing level (will train)
• Bilingual Spanish a plus (it pays more)
• Open availability (days) required
