We are looking to fill multiple Seasonal FULL-TIME & PART-TIME positions in the Operations Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Facilitate efficient operations through coordinating vehicle schedules alongside the Dispatch Supervisor & Operations Managers.
- Computer data entry as required across all operational platforms.
- Communicate to drivers & tour guides regarding their schedule, equipment assignments, and customer needs.
- Monitor sightseeing tour inventory and coordinate any changes with Ops team as needed.
- Serve as communication link between the reservations team and operational staff.
- Prepare job information packets for drivers & step-on guides.
- Review job reports for completion and file accordingly.
- Troubleshoot issues which may arise due to driver and/or equipment changes, customer needs, and other planned & unplanned events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office Suite Excellent phone capabilities, while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Well organized & able to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Flexibility with your schedule (Weekends, holidays, days, nights, on-call)
