We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispatch team, ensuring that all calls are answered and routed in a timely manner, and monitoring the performance of the dispatch staff. The Dispatch Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to the dispatch process, as well as providing training and support to new team members.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the dispatch team.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
• Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,818.00 - $57,233.00 per year
