• High school diploma/ equivalent
• 1+ years' restaurant experience a plus
• Minimum 16 years of age
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, guest driven restaurant, willing to cross train between dish and bus.
• Knowledge of food service regulations, wiling to train
• Able to stay on your feet for an extended period of time and lift up to 25 lbs
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Busser-Clean, sanitize and reset tables, to facilitate guest seating. Maintain clean floors in and around dining area
• Dishwashing operator-clean pots, pans, dishes, and all items used in a kitchen or restaurant, and deliver finished materials to their proper storage location.
• operate the dishwashing machine or wash dishes by hand, and maintain the entire kitchen clean. Dishwashing machine cleaned every 90 minutes
• Cleaning the floor and walls.
• Offering support help to cooking staff where requested.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.50 - $13.00 per hour
