Requirements:This position requires:
- Assist in restocking inventory as it arrives
- Maintain kitchen floors clean throughout the day
- Maintain clean and organized dish area
- Ensure all dishware, pots and pan are clean, sanitized and dry
- Complete assigned prep task assigned by chefs
- Assist servers, cooks, and prep staff as needed
- Ensure trash is taken out to designated area throughout shift and end of day
- Other duties as assigned by management team
