What you will have an opportunity to do:

• You will be responsible for washing glassware, utensils, cookware, and cleaning.

• Maintenance of dish area
• Knowledge and proper handling of chemicals used in machines and the kitchen
• Responsible for keeping all back of the house areas clean and clutter-free, including sweeping, moping, drain cleaning, polishing, etc.
• Monitors and empties all trash
• Participation in recycling and sanitation programs
• Ensure all coolers and freezers are organized and well maintained according to standards
