What You Will Do For Us:

Quality Food Safety Strategy and Programs

  • Provide strategic vision and thought leadership for QFS strategy creation aligned with the overall QSE vision and strategy
  • Manage strategic quality and food safety initiatives (process or technology) to test, pilot, and deploy enabling system capabilities and processes
  • Define and lead QFS Programs such as Bottler Proficiency (Microbiology, Sensory and Analytics), Marketplace Freshness, Product Integrity, FSMA Compliance.
  • Key liaison with Global QSE
  • Provide Subject matter expertise to the bottlers in the area of microbiology, sanitation, packaging and ingredients.

Data & Analytics

  • Overall architecture of QSE databases and reporting tools including ongoing maintenance and development of QSE dashboards and award processes.
  • Lead efforts to enable data use and process / metric automation
  • Management of master data sets including ownerships, facilities and contact data
  • Ensure access to leveraged analytical tools (e.g. Power BI, Alteryx, etc) and provide training and support across QSE
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new software or tools to improve process efficiency

Incident Management and Technical Risk Framework:

  • Coordination of IMCR process including meetings, compliance with global requirements, tracking of decisions, record management, corrective action follow up and any associated reporting.
  • Management of market actions including FDA/CFIA documentation, customer communications, bottler coordination, traceability management and execution tracking.
  • Management of escalated consumer, customer and executive complaints.
  • QSE leadership of TRMF processes and inputs

Micro and Sanitation framework

  • Microbiological and Sanitation framework for bottler operations
  • Alignment and development of programs against microbiological food safety and sanitation guidelines of FDA , ABA,, NSF
  • Coordination of Bottler requirements and training around Micro and Sanitation .

Innovation and Commercialization

  • Process development and approvals for new technology in for QFS
  • Alignment and development of Commercialization of new products in partnership with RDI.
  • Coordination of Bottler requirements for innovation and Commercialization of new products

Qualifications / Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the areas of Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, Food Safety, or Microbiology, Master’s Degree a plus
  • 10+ years of related experience (operations and supply chain experience a plus)
  • Understanding of Quality and Food Safety Governance
  • Strategy and project management experience
