Overview:
Quinnipiac University's seeks applications for a Director of Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field Operations. This is a part-time, non-benefits-eligible position. In this role, you will coordinate and manage all travel accommodations and transportation needs through the women’s cross country and women’s track and field seasons. You will also help to coordinate meal planning for travel and all preseason needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Adheres to the highest standards of academic integrity and works in compliance with all University, MAAC, NEICAAA and NCAA rules and regulations
  • Directs and helps to plan team travel schedule for all seasons
  • Coordinates all team travel needs including transportation, hotels, and meals
  • Assist in managing student-athlete welfare
  • Communicates on a weekly basis with the coaching staff
  • Maintains and orders equipment needed for track and field events
  • Help to keep up database for recruiting
  • Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Experience may substitute for some of the above education requirements

Qualifications:
  • Organizational, communication, Excel, Google Docs and some other basic computer skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
