Job description
Peabody Retirement Community is seeking a Director of Residential Services.
The Director of Residential Services is the acting Residential Facility Administrator for the Assisted Living and ILU portions of the facility. Their responsibilities are to evaluate the needs of residents within those areas, assist with the development of programs to meet those needs, ensure that the medical, social, and emotional needs and the general welfare of residents is met, and supervise department staff. This includes awareness of AL census and working closely with the clinical and Marketing team to assist with remaining at or above budget.

An individual with a degree in social work or a health care or human services field, including, but not limited to:
