Directs the programs and staff of the rehabilitation services department. Sets and implements guidelines for rehabilitation programs such a physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management. Bachelors degree in Physical or Occupational therapy and 7-10 years of direct experience in the field.
