The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce a full-time Director of Product Strategy position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact FrankCrum business everyday by providing ownership for FrankCrum’s client-facing technologies and services. This includes the core application and integrated third party systems, as well as various PEO services and future offerings.

  • Establish and build the Product department within the organization to clearly define and align the department focus and how it supports the global organization and our customers.
  • Maintains a Product roadmap that provides transparency into upcoming enterprise product features and service offerings, including timelines, cost, and value.
  • Works with stakeholders, including internal, clients, and the development team, to prioritize efforts related to enterprise products and service offerings.
  • Looks for opportunities and assesses threats to the organization and the PEO industry to add new features and services that will enhance client value.
  • Provides support for key initiatives across company brands including project management, initiative methodology, analytics, data integrity, meeting organizational/facilitation, and implementation support.
  • Maintains a customer focus, ensuring the voice of the customer is represented in existing functionality and product roadmap.
  • Tracks and evaluates competitive technology platforms, ensuring that enterprise products and service offerings maintain market competitiveness.
  • Navigates across the internal stakeholder landscape to understand business needs, make recommendations, and to map out a strategic roadmap for future product releases.
  • Develops and utilizes measurement tools to track KPIs and improve usage of the products.
  • Leads the organization that is responsible for product documentation, product instructions, user guides, and product metrics.
  • Provides input for sales and marketing content.
  • Sets and tracks goals related to increasing usage of the platform, to improve client retention, and to win more new business.


The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include knowledge and overarching understanding of business model, products/services, departmental needs, and HRIS platform technology. Experience with the delivery of software using agile methodology and with technology platforms sufficient to provide guidance regarding user interface and user experience development. Five (5) years of product management or related work required. Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
