Job breakdown

Outreach is looking for an empathetic and results-driven full-time Director of Greenpoint Outpatient Services to serve as the right-hand of the VP of Outpatient Services. A day in your role includes providing administrative and clinical leadership to Outreach's Outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health clinics, serving as the right-hand to VP of Operations, and working with cross-functional teams to create and implement initiatives aimed at reaching company goals.

What you will own

• Managing daily operations of various outpatient services
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to increase access to comprehensive list of medical, behavioral, and supportive services
• Ensuring program provision of immediate screening and risk assessment services
• Monitoring market trends and relevant regulations
• Developing and/or updating current policies and procedures, if necessary
• Coordinating with VP of Outpatient Services to ensure consistent visibility in all facilities managed
• Assisting the VP of Outpatient Services in:
• reviewing Outreach's program offerings and creating a strategic plan for future programs/initiatives based on review
• Developing reports needed to manage the business
• Overseeing productivity of service at the counselor level and general community management
• Participating with VP of Outpatient Services in various external committee meetings, community activities, and various activities related to Outreach's continued growth and overall mission
• Assuming additional responsibilities as delegated by the VP of Outpatient Services

• Adept in Microsoft Suite and able to quickly learn relevant applications

Non-negotiables

• LMSW, LCSW, OR LMHC
• Master's degree in relevant field
• 3-5 years experience in program management
• 3-5 years experience in supervisory position, preferably in a social work setting
• Valid NYS Driver's license to travel between various Outreach sites
