We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in an Operation Manager level role
• 3+ years of experience in the facility service industry
• General knowledge about the locksmith industry, including trends, technology, and regulations
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and other business software applications
• Verifiable Experience managing a team of 10-15 people

This business management position works full-time Monday through Friday. Some weekend availability is occasionally needed.

Additionally, you collaborate closely with our technicians to ensure that their vehicles are well-maintained, fully stocked with necessary inventory, and tracked in real-time using GPS.
