Our organization is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of care for our assisted living residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing compassionate care and have experience in geriatric nursing. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for developing policies and procedures, managing staff, and ensuring that all standards of care are met. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing department.
• Provide guidance to staff on assisted living.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain a budget for the nursing department.
• Manage staffing levels to ensure quality patient care.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor patient outcomes and provide feedback to staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $87,409.00 per year
