South Kingstown Nursing & Rehabilitation, a 96-bed skilled nursing care, dementia and sub-acute facility located in West Kingston, RI has an exciting opportunity for a candidate with the following qualifications. Candidate must be dedicated, a self-starter, team player, and highly motivated.

RN with a RI license
-
Proven leadership and managerial experience with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, medical community, residents and their families.

5-year minimum experience in a similar position/SNF experience.

A good working knowledge of RAI (MDS) assessment process

Knowledge of DOH regulations for nursing homes including the survey process and completing plans of correction

Proficient computer skills (electronic medical records)

Must be committed to and engaged in your job with a willingness to be flexible.
