Right at Home is a locally owned and operated home health company with offices in Cedar Falls and Cedar Rapids, proudly serving surrounding areas. We are experiencing growth as more older adults appreciate receiving their health care at home. As a result, we are in need of a Director of Nursing to manage our nursing and caregiving teams, assure compliance with federal regulations and Joint Commission standards, and, most important, provide the highest quality care to our clients.
Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing:
- Coordinate care between clients and caregivers
- Supervise Nurse Delegation program
- Serve as liaison between clients and primary care providers
- Receive referrals and assign to appropriate staff
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations and Joint Commission standards
- Participate in Quality Improvement practices
- Provide direct, high-quality care to our valuable clients
- Have open availability
