We are looking for a Director of Maintenance near Tinton Falls NJ

Range: $60-65k

  • Help hire and train new staff, help oversee scheduling, and help with the day to day operation.
  • Must have knowledge of plumbing, electric, HVAC, landscaping and general repairs.
  • Should have at minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Nursing home or hospital experience a plus
