Overview:
National Debt Relief is currently seeking an experienced Director of Learning & Development that can provide leadership to develop timely, accurate, easily accessed, and easily understood technical communications products that are verified to meet industry regulatory requirements and validated to meet user needs. This role should continue to enhance and develop training, processes and change management across the Client Success organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide vision, direction, and leadership to the Client Success Training Team of 5 to 10 trainers for new hire classes and training programs
  • Define, develop and implement learning and development roadmap for Client Success team in partnership with other leaders within the Client Success department
  • Create and monitor appropriate KPI’s to evaluate learning results
  • Work closely with senior leadership team, department leaders as well as SME’s to identify needs and priorities based on business goals
  • Revise and update training programs using Instructional System Design principals and adult learning theories/models in support of business initiatives
  • Continuously recommend efficient training methods and improve the learning and development training program for defined targets
  • Assist with companywide initiatives for Learning & Development and partner across Learning & Development teams across the organization
  • Oversee and Assist in the development of interactive learning experiences; New Hire, Refresher, Advanced and Leadership - eLearning, video, ILT, virtual ILT
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study is required
  • 7 plus years of experience developing and implementing training programs
  • Had significant experience leading and developing team members and delivering learning interventions in a call center environment
  • Ability to manage LMS content, including but not limited to, creation and ongoing changes to content
  • Demonstrated the ability to establish priorities and execute against them in a matrix environment dealing with executive stakeholders
  • Implemented innovated approaches in learning and development especially in the areas of instructional design
  • Implemented Kirkpatrick level 3+ metrics and demonstrated an analytical, data driven approach to evaluating the success of learning interventions
  • Familiar with the methods and principles for designing successful programs to teach, train, and instruct both groups and individuals
  • Must have experience in training and developing our current and future trainers
  • A learner yourself, constantly evolving and looking for new ways to teach new skills
  • Experience managing a team and department budget
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, grammar, and or organizational skills are essential
  • Ability to effectively and professionally represent/communicate on behalf of the organization both internally and externally
  • Strong command of English language including strong editing and proofreading skills
  • Expert skills in a combination of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia; etc.
  • The employee is expected to be punctual and ready to report to work on a consistent basis
  • The employee will be exposed to a fast-paced environment and is expected to be able to adjust accordingly

Compensation Information: Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $110,000-$145,000. Benefits:
