Director of Human Resources

Position Summary

As a faith-based, mission and vision-driven organization, Holland Home / Christian Living Services ( www.hollandhome.org ), is seeking a Director of Human Resources who is dynamic, engaging and experienced in employee benefits and employee relations arenas with strong Christian values, quality focus, and leadership skills. This key leader will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Operations and Human Resources and is responsible for administering Holland Home’s employee benefits, compensation, employee relations and occupational health functions.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Health Care Administration, Business, or related field
• Requires at least 5 years human resources experience, with emphasis in benefits and employee relations
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate, in both oral and written forms, with all levels of staff in the exchange of information and resolution of problems
• Skills necessary to provide guidance, training and prioritize and review the work of assigned staff
• Proven ability to address sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality to ensure the integrity of the department
