People Incorporated of Virginia is now accepting applications for the position of Director of Housing Services. Responsibilities will include the development, implementation, management, and direction of housing services to ensure programmatic compliance and attainment of performance measures, and to provide leadership in the area of housing initiatives for low to moderate income clients. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience), at least five years experience with initiatives that serve low to moderate income clients, prior supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record. Grant management and experience with housing related initiatives preferred.
