The Job:

This position is responsible for managing the agency’s financial and accounting systems and providing leadership in areas such as strategic finance operations, contract fulfillment, donor stewardship, facilities and risk management. This position will work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives as well as financial reporting to the Finance Committee and Board. This position will be responsible for recording transactions, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and analyzing monthly financial statements with an eye towards process improvement to gain efficiencies and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in an accounting, business or related field is required.
An MBA and/or CPA is preferred.
