JOB PURPOSE: Directs and coordinates planning, budgeting, and operational functions of facilities and support services. Oversees Construction, Engineering, Security, Environment of Care and Organizational Safety. Assures compliance with all federal, state, and local building codes; DNV; and hospital safety requirements.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or related field is required. In lieu of degree, five (5) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Five (5) years of progressive healthcare and/or engineering experience or a closely related field. Previous managerial experience required.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree preferred. Previous experience in facility planning preferred.
