Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for organizing, developing, administering, and implementing programmatic plans in accordance with directives laid out by leadership. This position will receive strategic, administrative, and tactical direction from executive leadership and administer strategic plans and programmatic goals and objectives for multiple functional teams within a program. Perform complex assignments requiring a high level of responsibility and exercising significant judgement and initiative and receive work assignments in terms of departmental objectives, priorities and deadlines. Work is reviewed for technical accuracy, compliance to departmental objectives, programmatic budget management, and overall programmatic results and responsible for 100% of programmatic budget development & management. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Salary commensurate with experience, staring at: $88,441.60 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, manage, and administer departmental marketing program; develop and implement program strategic planning; set and evaluate goals, objectives, priorities, and activities to improve performance and outcomes
  • Oversee management of the department’s diverse portfolio of owned and/or leased buildings and real estate with a focus on balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities for the effective marketing of Town Centers, Shopping Centers, Hometown Business Partners (tenants), and property management staff
  • Develop, administer, and monitor program budgets; develop justifications for budgetary recommendations or adjustments; forecast funds for staffing and resources; coordinate the finalization of budget requests to ensure timely submission of the program budget
  • Develop and implement programmatic policies, procedures, and business practices
  • Conduct analysis on best practices and trends, and formulate and implement recommendations
  • Collaborate with departmental leadership to assess and analyze marketing needs as it relates to the planning, financing, designing, construction, and renovations of buildings, structures, centers and tenant improvements
  • Anticipate and respond to complex customer service requests; assess customer satisfaction, and improve existing processes
  • Plan, design, and implement technology standards to improve process and procedural efficiencies and tracking capabilities
  • Direct and approve through subordinate staff the planning, prioritizing, assigning, supervising, training, and review of the work of a diverse workforce; act as a resource, and provide direction, guidance & leadership to staff; advise on the more complex and sensitive concerns and issues
  • Approve, support and monitor all social media content; develop social media strategies; launch social media presence where needed
  • Manage and/or approve departmental website & its content
  • Act as liaison with and provide recommendations to Commercial Design on wayfinding signage, building signage and event signage
  • Act as liaison with public relations partners & hometown business (tenant) partners
  • Coordinate, manage and communicate with other marketing, event management, print media, & social media partners to ensure collaboration and communication to appropriate parties; act as hub for all things Commercial Real Estate Marketing

Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Training and experience for advanced-level professional classification equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and ten to fifteen years of experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
  • Industry credentialing
  • Must have a valid Florida driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to company standards
  • Prompt and regular attendance is a requirement of this position
