Position Overview
Transport Enterprise Leasing, LLC (TEL) is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our rapidly growing company located in the beautiful Lookout Valley area of Chattanooga, TN. The Director of Marketing will be a key contributor to our growth and will provide guidance in developing marketing strategies, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating plans to stakeholders, and building awareness and positioning for our brands.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Continuously learn, share, and implement improvements in all processes and responsibilities as needed to enhance effectiveness of providing world class service and support
  • Developing an overall marketing plan, approving campaigns, and measuring the return on investment of various advertising methods
  • Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of Company programs
  • Work with executives and sales teams to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction. Conduct pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive offerings
  • Analyze and evaluate financial aspects of company data
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Compose, develop, and evaluate video and marketing content for both internal and external purposes
  • Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities, events, or trade shows. Build an event strategy that enables prospect engagement and generates leads
  • Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy
  • Facilitate productive feedback loops across the company, and collaborate with leadership to promote open, two-way communications
  • Manage email campaigns, social media branding, performance marketing and web sites
  • Design and execute creative external communications and inbound marketing programs to align our growing organization around core business objectives and build our brand and culture
  • Partner with our executive team and leaders across the company to shape and deliver effective brand development, messaging, and events
  • Manage the evolution of these events as TEL grows to multiple locations in the United States
  • Advocate for TEL’s culture, seeking opportunities to reinforce our desired culture in everything we do
  • Test and evolve lead nurturing tactics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in communications including marketing automation, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven experience running marketing teams and campaigns
  • Transportation, Logistics, and Finance industry experience, preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (i.e. – Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
  • Ability to develop relationships and work with employees at all levels, including executive leadership and line employees, across a wide variety of company functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets
  • Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong working knowledge of business-to-business channels and processes
Wages:
$100,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience, plus bonus
