Director Human Resources - (Hybrid) -Westchester Behavioral Health Center
In this role, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing consultation and advice to the Vice President of Human Resources and senior management on matters related to the Employee Relations issues of NYPH employees. Provides Vice President the leadership and direction necessary to implement senior management’s Employee Relations goals and policies, as well as, align the Employee Relations philosophy to support the business objectives and mission of the Hospital
Required Criteria
- Master’s Degree in related field or equivalent
- Ten years' experience in the area of Human Resources in the healthcare industry or other field
- Extensive and successful track record in Employee and Labor Relations situations
- Significant knowledge and application of applicable regulatory parameters
- Demonstrated ability to coach others to peak performance
- Proven track record of outstanding communication, mediation and negotiating skills
