Upon completion of training, candidates will take on the Drive-Thru Director role.

The Drive-Thru Director leads the execution of drive-thru strategy at CFA Bloomingdale by developing a team that delivers on our promises to guests and grows the business.

Responsibilities:

• Foster an environment where Team Members can become better versions of themselves - providing clear expectations, stated goals, and charted progress
• Maintain a presence on the floor to coach team members and leaders towards excellence, to remove obstacles, and to set the tone for positivity and pride in one’s work
• Care for team members and leaders by giving timely feedback, regularly communicating, connecting personally
• Have performance, coaching, and development conversations with team
• Stewarding resources by monitoring labor costs and coaching behaviors that impact food cost
• implement and hold the team accountable to systems that insure quality and customer experience embody Chick-fil-A standards
• Anticipates 90 days into the future and plans effectively to achieve results, anticipates challenges and creates contingencies to insure outcome success

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Available during all dayparts, including evenings and Saturdays
• Cares deeply for the 5 core customers (team, guests, community, self and the brand)
• Demonstrate effective communication across multiple methods and employee levels.
• Oriented toward growth, in the spirit of inspiring people to become the best versions of themselves
• Demonstrates ownership within role and embraces problems as they arise
• Manages time and effort to execute responsibilities and achieve outcomes
• Ability to resolve conflict with team members, shift leader, and directors urgently

Education & Experience:

• 1-2 years leadership experience (can include: hiring, training and developing a team)
• Prior restaurant and/or drive thru experience a plus
