The Director Clinical Services serves as a crucial partner through ensuring quality care to patients by developing, implementing and directing mental health treatment programs. Glenwood Behavioral Health, is an acute inpatient setting for adult men and women who have been experiencing a wide range of mental or behavioral health challenges. Glenwood Behavioral Health is an 80-bed acute treatment center located centrally in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Director Clinical Services will partner with internal and external vendors/customers in ensuring timely and accurately therapy services, discharge connections and patient experiences.

Functions include but not limited to:

• Direct and oversee program operations, including budget management, developing marketing plans and independent decision making for program requiring clinical expertise.
• Provide clinical consultation, oversight of case planning, care coordination and supervision to the staff.
• Develop, plan and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.
• Ensure that services are focused on the patients presenting problem and request for service.
• Provide health education to patients, staff and practitioners within area of specialty. Develops, implements and promotes specified health education to the general campus community as appropriate.
• Ensures that procedures and workflow are consistent with organizational objectives, treatment protocols, regulations and standards of care.

Educational/Licensure/Skills Requirement:

• Master's degree in behavioral or mental health or closely related field.
• Four or more years' experience working with adult patient population required.
• Two or more years' supervisory experience required.
• Current and valid license to practice as Social Worker or Counselor in state of Ohio.
• Current and valid CPR certification required.
• Current and valid CPI certification required.
