- Are you ready to manage a cross-functional team of Account Managers who support over 800K ADP clients, and some of the most strategic and innovative data-consuming organizations in the world?

- Lead Daily Activities of Your Team. You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to multiple teams to ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities, client retention, and overall goals. You will track various productivity and performance standards to ensure that established levels are achieved, especially during critical activity periods. Continually assess, develop, and implement a new solution-oriented approach incorporating new methodologies and/or processes through the lens of increasing productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Coach and Develop. You will create a multi-faceted high-performance team environment that supports/reinforces associate accountability, development, and retention. Training and mentoring team members, identifying development needs across the team, and coordinating additional training as needed. Creating a dual service organization with Service associates providing support to both EV and DaaS.
- Collaborate with Partners. Develop and manage relationships with ADP sales, implementation, and product teams to ensure partner integrations are timely and successful. Partner with sales organizations to educate and grow the business while successfully resolving escalated issues ensuring a highly productive selling environment. Solve complex partner challenges through creative problem-solving by working cross-functionally with Product, Development, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations
- Develop Strategic Initiatives and Goals. You will have an enhanced understanding of both EV and DaaS strategic goals and are expected to develop and operationalize to support the business. Synthesize insights and learnings from partner interactions to inform product roadmap. Participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other business units.
- 10+ years of management experience in a client service environment along with strategic alliance partner management, managing sales relationships, etc.
- Demonstrated relationship management experience; sales, previous tech/data industry / financial services experience is a strong plus
- Leading complex analysis of client performance to assess problems and then brainstorm solutions
- Deliver relevant and actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and documents to fulfill business needs
- Effective communication, presentation skills, and ability to work in a matrix environment
- Industry knowledge of DaaS, Verification Services, and/or FinTech lending products and offerings
- 3+ years of verification services, background screening, or data monetization experience (mortgage, commercial lending, etc.)
- Knowledge of human capital management systems and/or HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings.
- Confident in managing relationships across sales, business, and technical teams, both face-to-face and remotely.
