- The Play Director will select the show in conjunction with the producer.
- Create a vision for the show and share it with the production team.
- Make all creative decisions for the show with input from the production team.
- Design a rehearsal and performance schedule that reflects the needs of the show in conjunction with the production team.
- Schedule and run auditions and determine casting.
- Lead rehearsals and direct the process.
