RIDE LLC. is currently seeking applicants for full-time/part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions, who have outgoing personalities and the patience needed to accommodate developmentally disabled individuals. Current shifts available:

• Location: Westerville, OH. Shift: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 9 PM.
• Location: Westerville, OH. Shift: Monday - Friday 2 PM - 9 PM.
• Location: Dublin, OH. Shift: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 9 PM.
• Location: Dublin, OH. Shift: Monday - Friday 2 PM - 9 PM.

Requirements:

• First aid and CPR certified applicants are preferred.
• Behavioral experience and Medication Administration Certification preferred.
• RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPLICANTS.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with co-workers, clients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
• A great outlook and cheerful disposition are a must as well.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to enroll in Ohio attorney general’s retained applicant fingerprint database after the hiring process is complete (“RapBack”)
• Must at least hold a high school diploma or GED certificate.
• Be able to read, write, and understand English fluently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
