Qualifications for a Direct Support Professional Caregiver:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• The position requires a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, insurance, and registration in order to possibly transport individuals as needed.
